LOL. Yup. I have never understood why people start posts like this. They almost always get shut down. If you don't like someones politics or what they did in office, then talk about that, but to celebrate someones death, that is just plain wrong.

*******s like Sen L are ACCOUNTABLE for the damage that they do. We won't sugar coat commentary just because he was good enough to finally expire and remove himself from the Senate. Good riddance.

No more like a truthful place where nothing is sugarcoated. Lautenberg was a worthless lying jackass who would do anything to subvert the constitution and bill of rights. May the worthless POS rot in the ground.

Well the libs have spoken.

We re not here to say kind things about the Devil, may he burn in hell.

Notably this cretin drafted and passed the first Misdemeanor that could get someones right to own firearms scotched for LIFE. Nothing less than a felony should do that. The precedent set was dangerous and he may yet cause trouble from the grave.

So im hoping hes enjoying that pitchfork in his a** right about now. And for endless millenia.

I'll be happy if Christie just appoints a Republican. He is spending so much time with O, I'm afraid he is being turned to the other side.

Yep. Both groups as a whole seem to refuse to be the "bigger man" when it comes to celebrating death.

Wow, crazy people. I wish he wasn't in office but won't be disrespectful in his death. Might make me an outsider.

I'm not a liberal, by any means. I suspect I wouldn't find a lot of common ground with Lautenburg. But, really?

Come on - show some respect for the dead. Politics isn't everything, and well - if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.

What's really weird, I agree with Lampshade. When the next famous conservative minded person dies, and DU lights up with comments JUST LIKE THIS THREAD, people in GT will go absolute ape**** over it.

Yup. Guess the left aren't the only ones who can muster up some pretty strong hypocrisy.

I opposed his politics, but it's beyond trashy to dance on a grave.

Respect for a guy who thought I had too much freedom? For a guy who told us what to do, and how to do it? I don't respect that - I spit on it.

The fewer progressive socialists we have ruining this country, the better.

^^MOST NOTABLE, evil stuff, right there!
No, I cannot muster respect for a dead man, that I did not respect when alive.

Fixed.

Not nearly soon enough.

I have seen way too many good people die in my lifetime, to act like I'm not glad that POS is dead.
