Reevesville

Biologically, I don't qualify to shoot but inasmuch as Reevesville is practically in my backyard, I'm going to go over for a few hours as a spectator. I can't seem to access the map on the Glock site, though. Anyone have an address or just a close location. Thanks.

I think the best way to find out how to get there is to call them.

(843) 729-3822

I know if you try to look them up with your GPS, you may, or may not get to the right place. They are out in the sticks.

Call, and Lisa or Tommy can assist you.

You can't get there from where you are. All those roads on the map are straight and there ain't one remotely straight road in that county. Seriously, this is the toughest range on the circuit for me to find - and I stayed there a week last year and drove it every day fom St. George. I think I'm directionally challenged though.

Anyway Fisheman.. are you going to RO? We always need more ROs and if you have never RO'd, it's as good a place as ever to start. This is the ONLY venue where I was allowed to give semi-formal RO training to the ROs. I hope I can do it again.

Oh... yeah... a little lost. Makes one wonder how I can navigate the open seas and Gulf. I do better without roads where I'm able to make my own route.

Okay! Now we're making demands (requests?). The RO biefing each weekend day is nomally at 0800 - more or less. (they never start on time...) Can you make it?

ETA: Just found your PM... We'll take what help you can offer. I'm a tall gal with brown hair and a ponytail. Probably be hanging around registration with 2 Georgians (Ed and Barry) and Lisa Marie - the owner of the range. Most range and GSSF folks around there know me - if they'll admit it. Ask for Kitty. Will likely have a blue gun in my holster.

Thanks for your help.

OK; look forward to meeting you. I'm about an hour and a half away and I'll plan to get there early (directions allowing). We're used to unmarked and unpaved roads down here in the sunny south; we used them to confuse the invaders and just never got around to fixing them.

Okay everyone ... I am terrible at all this forum stuff (obviously!) Go ahead and throw tomatoes at me... I am fair game and I can handle it!

So this is the plan (we all know how plans go....lol)

Scott Gilbertson and Sheree (from training) are coming in Thursday night.

Friday- Setup is at 10:30am and the Lady RO's can shoot at around 2:30 ish (provided we get set up by then)

Saturday - RO Brief at 7:30 am; Registration at 9:00 am

Sunday - RO Brief at 8:00 am; Registration at 9:00 am

I still need about 5 more RO's if anyone is willing.

Let me know if there anyone has anymore questions

The only confusion I see is that there are two roads marked/named "Edisto River Road" on the left of Wire Road.

As you pass over I-95 coming from St. George, take the second "Edisto River Road" (SC-18-695). The small "SC-18-695", state marker is on top of the road sign pole and written with white letters on a black background.

I believe B.E.L.T. Has a flag pole right near the road at their entrance or just follow the GSSF signs......

There is another road with that name just as you come over the interstate, but don't turn there.

Fisherman shouldn't have no trouble finding the place, I mean he can find a river nearby.....

I would gladly come down and help Lisa Marie and Staff, but we will be vacationing in Norfolk this weekend for the Azalea Festival.
