Jiro Dreams of Sushi

Stay at home ako , movie marathon
my daughter recommended this documentary
About a 10 seat sushi resto in Japan rated w/ a perfect michelin 3 stars
Jiro is the superstar chef
Sushi? parang iisa lasa para sakin
Apparently not
Alam ko madami mahilig magluto at kumain sa BOGs , but the mouth watering sushi is not what I loved about it
This excellent movie is a manual for excellence
Nirecommend ko sa mga shooters
Tanggalin mo lang sushi sa dialogue and replace w/ any activity you want to excel in

anyway the movie explains it better -

Yup. Single minded dedication leads to excellence. Great flick.

Great movie. Watched it on Netflix. Great lessons that can be applied to anything.

I loved the movie too. Saw it last week...been inexplicably craving sushi all this week. The most amazing thing is his son's identical restaurant is the mirror image of his father's restaurant because the son is left-handed.

I've seen this video a few times along with one with anthony bourdain where he goes there to eat. Jiro is a master of his craft without question.
