Has Walmart 9mm ammo prices went up?
Dont remember really on ammo prices before the panic buying but has Walmart ammo prices gone up or is it the same?
9mm 50 rounds winchester white box $13.27
9mm 50 rounds federal red box $ 13.27
9mm 50 rounds tulammo $11.97
Just curious cause they seem close to the .40/.45 cal they sell there...
federal red box .40 50 rounds $14.97
tulammo .45 50 rounds 14.97
federal .45 100 round value pack $30.97

Prior to the insanity my LWM was
Federal american eagle - 9 mm 50 rds.11.97
Federal champion - 40 S&W 50 rds. 16.97
Federal Champion - 45 ACP 50 rds. 18.97
I would love to give you a comparison of todays prices but the only caliber in the case is some winchester 30-06,that's it. SJ 40

Have not seen a pistol round in any of the local Walmarts in over 2 months. Would not surprise me if the cost went up some since the beginning of the shortage.

No .22LR, 9mm, .40 S&W, .45 ACP, .38 Sp., or .357 Magnum at any WalMart in this area. since ~Christmas. Either that, or profiteers are beating the rest of us to the punch by grabbing it all up when the stores open.

I hadn't bought ammo at WM in about a year, so yes it has gone up since then. Now prices seem all over the place. Some not much higher, others a lot higher.

I have heard that some southern WMs sell reloading components (brass, bullets, primers, etc). Is this true?

Back in Aug I threw a vid on youtube with prices as of Aug2012. I haven't compared the prices from then but I imagine there has been an increase since then.
