Everything the shooter and gun seller did was already illegal many times over.
Think mandatory background checks will do it?

I fail to see how complaining about the most gun-controlled city in America, in the most gun-controlled state in America, having the highest "gun crime" in America supports the agenda of the anti-gunners, but they clearly think it does and it seems to work. I guess it is based on the near-total lack of critical thinking skills among Americans and, in particular, their target audience.

I would assume from selling crack, since meth is mostly still in the white trash community.
Much like every article about a minority gang banger being shot, they go to great lengths to make him a hero and wonderful son, but the articles is full of hints that it isn't anywhere close to reality. Just another story about a POS gangsta getting what POS gangstas get.

Tomah,wi is midway point for the buses going from Chicago to moneyapolis. I was at the culvers once years ago when one stopped there. Seriously looked like a bunch of convicts getting off the bus.

In the hands of adolescents and teenagers, guns may seem little more than toys. Researchers who have probed killings among young people say their still-developing brains can limit their ability to grasp the difference between a fistfight and a gunfight — until it’s too late.
The lack of parental supervision and education is more like it. What an article, to make the gun out to be the one to force itself into the hand(s) of the Poor unsuspecting children. What a load of horse dung...
