I went to a local range and shot:

Friday
200 rounds of .45 through G21 & G30
100 rounds of .357 sig through G31
300 rounds total

Saturday
300 rounds of .45 through G21 and G30
150 rounds of .357 through HK USP Compact & G31
450 rounds total

My left hand is sore & achy.
It is actually on my middle and ring finger (achy 2nd joints & between 2nd joint and the knuckle which cover my right hand 2nd knuckle).

Was I doing something wrong?
Was I grabbing with left/weak hand too much?
It didn't happen before (I've shot 600 rounds of .45 a day through G30 in the past).

It is an interesting problem, but there are too many undetermined variables. Your hand didn't ache after 600 rds of .45 in a day but it does after 750 rds of mixed .45 and 357SIG in two days. Probably a one day gap is not enough time to recover so we might think of it as shooting 25% more with 1 shot in every three a 357SIG.

Because 357SIG pistols are lighter than .45ACP pistols the felt recoil and muzzle flip is significantly more with the 357SIG than with the .45ACP even though the total momentum transfer is almost equal. Muzzle flip from the 357SIG might be twisting your support hand fingers in a way that is causing the ache, but it is hard to say how much this might be the case without seeing your grip style. Can you say how much more muzzle flip you see with the 357 relative to the 45? Can you name of describe your grip style?

I usually shoot once a week (any where from 200 to 300 rounds).
G31/.357 Sig is new (purchased in January).
.45 was all I shot before (well, occasional small amount of 10mm)

I feel G21/30 & G31 has 180 degree different characters.
I feel G31 is more like very quick sharp push.

My grip is both thumbs forward.
Strong hand 2nd knuckles meet inside of 3rd joints of weak hand.

I noticed in the past that I was pulling/grabbing to left with my weak hand so now I am pulling straight back consciously to avoid pulling sideways.
