Dear Mr. Ayoob:
We have recently had a very "lively" discussion on c1 v. c3
here.
It appears that Cominolli manual safety might be very attractive to both C3 and perhaps even C1 proponents.
Reliability of Glocks is why many of us bought this particular firearm, and it is obviously very important. Is Cominolli manual safety 99.999% reliable 99.999% of the time, like the Glock pistol? Could you share your thoughts on this particular modification system? Have you seen any video/photo illustration on how exactly it works with all other parts of glock pistol (how exactly it engages/disengages, etc.)? Cominolli says on their site and one gun reviewer (no idea about his credibility) that some police departments have adopted this feature. Any idea which specific departments?
We would greatly appreciate your insights, thoughts, and opinions on this. Thank you!
