Disk clean on D:Drive?

I usually do a disk clean on C:Drive at least once a week.

I just noticed that my D:Drive is reading
2.25 GB free of 20.8 GB....I have never done a disk clean on the d drive. Should I do one or not? I am not very 'puter smart...There are times when I don't even know where to put the quarter in......

Many thanks in advance,,,
