I'm going to add a laser to my G20SF, and I've been doing a lot of reading on Lasermax Guide Rod lasers and I have some concerns based on common themes I've picked up on in reviews from various sites - Amazon, Midway, Opticsplanet, etc.

1. Laser comes on after a few shots - meaning the recoil activates the laser
2. Plastic end cap falls off or comes apart - cheap construction
3. A couple of comments about this jamming the gun (but not a common theme)
4. Accuracy - bullets not hitting point of aim (where the laser is pointing)

I would welcome experienced feedback to the contrary or supporting it and any solutions or better options that might be available. I'm a big fan of a guide rod laser, but I can live with something else.

I've never experienced any of the above with mine and I got it in early 1996, but the older models may have been built better?
