357 Sig for CCW?

Hello Mas,

357 Sig is acknowledged to be a very hot, very reliable round but is still expensive, even compared to premium SD rounds like Gold Dots.

As you know, a number of LE and Government organisations have converted to 357 Sig and seem pleased with its performance.

In your opinion, is its increased energy/velocity over the, say, 124 grain +P Gold Dot worth the extra expense for civilian SD?
