Good post - thanks. Think most of us are tolerant and and understanding up to the point of refusal to answer phones, email, and web messages off their website. Do business with a lot of other "overwhelmed" companies. So far Glockstore is the only one I've encountered that doesn't respond at all. At times it even seems they shut down their website because the drop down options needed to place an order weren't working. Shutting off communication with prospective customers is definately "different."
