Crap, he doesn't even know the kid, he just wanted to grab one from the bus. Actually tried to get two, but somehow ended up with one. And the one he got needs daily meds.
To make it worse, he's in some kind of homemade bunker or bomb shelter. Hope he gives up by time I'm done typing this. But he's probably got food and water stored up.

There are some truly sick people out there. I hope this turns out well for the child and LE and that it turns out very bad for the nut.

They haven't released his name and I hope they never do, we don't need to make another nutjob famous. This really hits home and I pray for the safe return of this little boy, I have a 7 year old Grandson......I can't even imagine.

Sadly I can probably see people crying out to ban people from storing more than a few days worth of food to "prevent" situations like this.

Gonna be a tough situation for negotiators. He already murdered someone so all hope of "nobody is hurt just come out and talk to us" is off.

Didnt something like this happen in the 70s in California, I think, where an entire bus load of kids in a bus were buried and held ransom.

This is a pretty bad deal right here. Prayers sent to the people having to deal with this man and to one hell of a bus driver who gave his life trying to stop it! Gods speed!
