Gunbelt for the hot wife
So the hot wife is looking for a gun belt that's good and thick that she can wear while carrying her G19 in a CB ST. The belts she's found are either too western looking (can't wear to work) or have a wait time of a half a year to make! The hot wife says it needs to be 'contoured' to fit a woman's shape. She's looking for a plain or fairly plain black belt.
What say the ladies of GT? What belts are y'all using when y'all carry?
Thanks in advance!

I'm afraid we're going to need a picture of the "hawt wife" if we are going to be of any help...

A friend has this Galco contour belt. There's another company that had a contour belt but I couldn't find it...still having my first cup of coffee. Google "contour belt" for more info. There aren't many out there.

This one is dressy because of the taper.

One of my favorite belts for CCW is a Carhartt work belt. Simple, heavy black leather, good price.

Well, a good belt is the key to comfortable carry.
Best is 2 1/2" and I would try if she likes the holster in the back like the Galco SOB:

Otherwise a shoulder holster might be the way to go.

Although I'm not exactly in the "hot" catagory ;-) I use a Comp-Tac belt and love it. It's contoured, and I opted for the tapered end to give it a little more style.
It's really an awesome belt. I use it for IDPA and IWB carry. G35 for IDPA and G19 for IWB.
If not in stock , I think the wait would be a week.

I really do think this one of those instances where this thread is nothing without PICTURES, preferably many!
This is so we can give the most help of course.

If it is just the belt you are looking for, see if there is a local belt maker or leatherman who can make a customized belt for her. Belts are easy for a good leatherman to make and may be considerably less expensive. I would think plenty would be found in Texas. It's probably worth a try.
