Just drove by and channel 6 is setting up shop there. Anyone have details?

Maybe they were doing a story on why shoot straight overcharges for everything they sell.

Shoot Straight isn't bad if you don't mind the crowds, losing your brass, paying by the hour, having the occasional gun pointed at you by the dumb masses who have no clue about safe gun handling.
If you're "local" to Shoot Straight Apopka, you should really consider Eustis Gun Club as an alternative. It's a members-only outdoor pistol/rifle/shotgun club in Tavares (about 20 miles NW of Shoot Straight Apopka). There's talk of closing to new members (due to the number of active members) real soon...so if it's something you've been considering, it's time to act or potentially be shut out.

Twice I've had college aged kids point guns at me there. Both times I yelled at them and left. Its a farm for idiots.

just got back from a morning of shooting at EGC with a beautiful blonde first time shooter. she commented on how peaceful and relaxing the place was, despite the shooting. she might be a keeper. i'm a proud and happy member of EGC!
