Maybe it's time for the NSSF, NRA and all other pro-gun groups that participate or sponsor the SHOT show to remind the owners of the Sands Convention Center as well as the politicians in Las Vegas how many people and how much money the SHOT show brings in.

If Nevada's illustrious Senator Reid wants to ignore the Constitutional Rights of the people, then the people should stop spending money in his state. If the SHOT show and the 60,000 attendees (let's see, 60k people who are probably spending at least $200 a day or more comes out to be about $15 million a day times 4 days is $120 million.) took their money to a city that supports gun rights, like Dallas, Phoenix or somewhere else, I'm sure Las Vegas would not be too happy with the good Senator.

If that was pointed out to the city fathers in Las Vegas as well as the hotel owners I'm sure Senator Reid would be getting a lot of phone calls from his constituents not to entertain Senator Finestein's bill.

Here's the scary part ......... in CA the majority of the voters (not necessarily the majority of the people) believe she is right. So glad I don't live on the Left Coast.

I just watched the press release. The absolute nerve. Now Feinstein, a Jew, is enlisting the help of Christian groups to take sides on the issue.
Christians that support gun control have no business calling themselves Christian. I have very firm convictions on that. I think we all know what kind of Progressive Christian Churches support these measures. The Revisionist kinds.
Stand up for your rights, join the NRA and make sure your pastor, preacher, minister or rabbi or imam or yogi knows your stand.

For everyone who thinks it can't or won't happen, take note....

In 1994, my Congressman, Jim Talent, from a very conservative district in Missouri, voted for the AWB. The AWB was attached to some BS Omnibus budget/Crime bill. In his own words, his reason for voting for it was, "There were more good things in the bill than bad things."

Never underestimate the RINO. Never trust a man/woman who has achieved a position of power by lying and cheating. And finally, if the red state Dems up for re-election in 2014 suddenly seem to grow a pair and vote for gun control, you know the fix is in. The election process is rigged.

I would not want the Karma that is going to be brought down on some of these politician's heads for using the deaths of 20 school children and 6 adults at Sandy Hook to push their agenda on law abiding citizens.

The fact that we are even discussing this issue is disgusting. O has been publicly against guns since he was in the Illinois Senate.. He just has been marking time until the right opportunity came along.

Lets all give a big thanks to those that voted for him. Double thanks for those who said not to worry, he wont do anything.

Whether it goes anywhere or not, is not the question. The question goes back to my opening sentence.

TRUE!
From my understanding, it was the Jewish communist party in Germany in the 1920's that enacted the gun control.
They have a history of gun control in nations not their own.

This is one the many reasons why the people stood behind the Socialist Nazi party for a change. And one reason they disliked the Jewish powers.
(Feinstein is just enacting on her roots)

And Thus Hitler came to power. And he took advantage of the same anti-gun laws the jews made. and turned it against them, and the rest of the people if they did not comply. GUN CONTROL.

Feinstein is just enacting on her roots

As you can see nothing good came out of it.

We don't need any of this here in the USA.

good point. elections rigged is most certainly a possibility.

I know the House and Senate both or at least one or the other was democrat controlled for like 50-60 years. They passed this bill in 1994-95

But by 1996 (1998) I believe the house AND senate was both Republican controlled.

All of those noodles know this too. the 1994 gun ban bill that they sneaked in was very minor compared to this Nazi bill. But the Voters spoke out and MANY of those politicians lost their jobs.

Now much much more people own AR-15 type rifles than before, that is much much more pi$$ed of voters co9me election time.

Feinstein and other ultra liberals from ultra liberal states (California, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, Maryland etc) have nothing to worry about, but the politicians from the battleground states, Red States, and southern blue states have much to worry about if they support this. lots of congressmen standing in the unemployment line.

Don't think for a moment that republicans will keep their jobs if they go anti-gun. Long term incumbent Dick Luger of Indiana. A 20 plus year US senator. thought he was invincible, and he joined the anti gun democrats in his last years of office. Guess what? He was defeated in the primaries by Richard Murdock.
Gun owners spoke out. Murdock barely lost to Joe Donnelly in the main election, but Donnelly swore he was pro gun, and Murdock lost because he pe'ed off women voters with his "Rape is God's Will" anti Abortion agenda.

Not all Gun owners are republicans (although they should be), some are democrats, a lot are intermediate voters.
My family is democrat, but they like guns. They still have this mindset like most democrats do, that the democrats are for the poor and republicans are for the rich. Some of them will vote to keep their guns.

Like I have learned, as well as many other past democrat supporters. That NONE of them are for the poor, so you might as well vote to keep you right to have your guns. (less taxes, less racial favoritism, less control)

Obama is going to destroy the democrat party if they don't take him out first.

I know most gun manufacturers make their money selling to state/ federal and local govt but if they took a stand like Barrett did in CA then us gun owners would have all the leverage IMO.

The Senate Majority Leader has already said that it will not be put up for a vote. He knows it, She knows it and so does Obama. This is all about desensitizing everyone about the idea of a ban so that at some point, people will either not pay attention or simply not care.

Nope, he wont.

He is protecting all his buddies that are up for election in 2014.

In 2014 they wont because they will be worrying about the 2016 election cycle.

In 2016 they wont becuase they will be worried about the 2018 midterms.

Most of Generation X still share the same values with the BabyBoomers. They will have their AWB but not during the height of this Generation. Purhaps in another 25 years or so.
