I don't think the Secret Service is going to dump their HK MP5s or FN P90s and start carrying paw paw's old Fox double barrel so why should I have to give up my legal to own(at the moment) AR? So tired of the double standard, the politicians need to play by the laws they like to pass against the citizens and not by their exemptions.

That was the first thing that popped in my head when I saw the title of this thread.

Actually democraps come from great line of hunters.

Clinton hunted piggie,Edwards hunted beaver(but didn't want to admit it. ) and Teddy the swimmer was fond of marsh bunnies. A shotgun would help their endeavors!

Dude, that's crucial.

First thing I did when hearing about Sandy Hook was buy a shotgun I had considered a far long-term purchase (custom Saiga-12). It's enumerated on Feinbabe's wishlist...though, surprisingly, it seems 20-gauge and .410 (caliber, really) Saigas are NOT on the proposed evil gun list.

We all know that is never going to happen. There are rules for the power/ruling elite and there are rules for the rest of us.

Seems he's going to try & spread lies & disinformation on a USA no guns tour & try to push people to get on their reps to vote yes on gun control. I sure hope Americans are smart enough.....but then again they voted in O 2 times....:(

So he says a shotgun is all you need. Since I have two O/U skeet guns I guess I am Democratically prepared for anything. I feel safer already knowing I will never need more than two shots.

I wouldn't joke about the shotguns. My son and I went to two major gun stores in Connecticut on Saturday, neither one had a new Mossberg 500 or a Remington 870 12 gauge for sale. Aren't those something like the most produced pump shotguns in the history of the universe?? I was shocked, I didn't think this gun buying frenzy would cross to pump shotguns!
