Could you please let Mr. Jim Koch know, I would really like it if Octoberfest was brewed at least a extra month out of the year?

Bourbon (or as I like to call it, the spirit of America)--Blanton's and Elijah Craig 18 are particular favorites.

(How the heck does one get a CASE of Fezziwig, btw? I don't want to dump a bottle of Choco-Bock for every bottle. Grrrr.)
My fav? The hot Ghost of Christmas Past of some versions of A Christmas Carol. I forget which version, but she's a hottie.

+1.
And it seemed like Noble Pils of 2 years ago was the absolute best beer with Mexican food. Not sure if my palate changed over the year, but it just didn't do it this year.
And that Old Fezziwig. I need a case for my wife. Please!

Patron Silver straight (I store all my Patron including Anejo/Reposado/Platinum in the freezer). I still like Silver the best.

select spirits
i'm into the ambers-- scotch, irish and bourbon.
for scotch, i gravitate toward highlands-- macallen and balvenie are my favorites.
for irish, my hands down choice is redbreast.
for bourbon, pappy van winkle or elijah craig 18 are preferred, but i just cracked a bottle of makers mark 46 which is quite pretty.
with food, i drink beer. so many options..... we have a number of microbreweries around here, which we visit whenever we can. i like a good ipa, pale ale and scotch ale.

Beer: La Fin Du Monde. It's a Tripel. Very strong and very delicious. Also like IPA's.
Wine: The Prisoner. It's a blend (predominately Zin) by Orin Swift and its FANTASTIC. Best wine under $50 hands down IMO.
Bourbon: Pappy 15 is my all time favorite. For an everyday drinking bourbon I like Weller 12 year, Makers or Bulleit.

Hard stuff: Crown Royal on the rocks.
Beer: Whatever I have brewed up and bottled lately. If I am out of home brew, I will pick up some Miller Lite or Sam Adams to get me by until I get another batch ready. Right now, I am drinking a nice orange cream ale I brewed!
