Her and R Lee were signing autographs at the Glock booth at the shot show today.

I like her. The gun should have been even more available. I would have also pulled the trigger. Can't be too careful.
Screw the "fainting".

Somebody needs to teach her about appropriate locks for an OUTSIDE door.
Even though she handled it OK, the whole incident might never happened if there had been a deadbolt in a solid door.
And yes, I realize it's a commercial

She knew to keep her finger off the trigger is she was not going to shoot. And really, how many actual burglars would faint like that?

Gun should of been next to her (at all times!)....*running to the bedroom and (fooling) reaching for the gun safe is time consuming. Cute commericial If the door was kicked in at the start and she was rushed by one or more people ....it would have been a different story

Missed is the fact that the line came from NYC mayor Bloomberg a few years ago when an attacker attempted to assault an off-duty female NY cop, who was armed and ended the attack because she was armed. In a press conference, Bloomberg cheerfully boasted that the attacker picked the wrong woman, as in it was unlucky for him. Of course, not mentioned in the story was the irony that if the attacker was more careful in his selection (not unwittingly chosen a cop) and or just a little less unlucky, he would have managed to find an unarmed peasant woman whom he would have been able to attack without any formidable resistance, probably raped her and maybe even killed her...thanks to Mayor Bloomberg and his ilk.

I guess you have never seen anybody put a boot to a door. Door, deadbolt and frame would have come right in on the first kick. Now if you install a reinforced door and jam plate then it would take more than one kick.
