Maybe that is Glock's "big announcement"... they are making their BTF issue customizable!

Yeah, more disappointment.

I've never seen a less innovative company. Ruger and Springfield have cleaned their clocks lately.

My suggestion was a Glock 40 Lee Paige Special Edition, which incorporates a depression safety, preventing discharge when the barrel is aimed below 75 degrees from the horizontal.

That's a good intellectual joke, Lior. Consequently I don't think it's, 'going to fly'.

I'd love to have a shield too, but aside from not being able to afford every gun I want, I'd also run out of places to put them

Anyhow, if glock makes something in the same genera I know I'm gonna want it, details be damned.
I've been pocket carrying an XDs all week. It's noticeable, but doable. I'm told the Shield is similar in size.

Glock inc. will introduce a new line of pistols that are RFID enabled so owners can post pics holding their favorite CCW to Facebook!

1. They whine for a reason.

2. Glock like it is right now could not survive without sales to civilians.

3. You people don't know what you are talking about.

I bet Springfield steals whatever thunder Glock is likely to generate with the XDS9 and 40.

Hot off the presses. My cousin’s hair stylist’s nephew’s next door neighbor is a pizza delivery guy in Smyrna. While delivering two peach cobblers and six Vanilla Cokes to the factory late one evening, he overheard some employees discussing the big announcement. They will be announcing the .380 GAP. This cartridge will be limited to law enforcement only (here in the US). He overheard “Singe Stack, Five Round Magazine and 15.24 cm (six inch) Barrel”. He also overheard that this project was being overseen by Gaston’s new – new wife; Ilsa and the word “ceramic” was mentioned several times…..

Just remember you heard it here on Glock Talk first!!

The new set screw on the side will allow you to tweak the extractor so that you can choose getting hit on the forehead, left eye, right eye, cheek, nose... anywhere in the face you'd like it.

Why wouldn't it be the gen 4's that haven't been issued yet? What are there besides the 38 & 39?
