Went to a show last weekend.
Pmags $60-$75
GI used mags $50
Stripped lowers $350-$450
Colt LE6920 $2999
Pistol prices were OK, but mags were stupid. GLOCK 22 mags $50
Not worth going to right now.

Saw a 23 mag today, guy wanted $40 for it. Pretty much told him he was crazy, went to local gun shop and picked one up for $25, about $10 more than a couple weeks ago.

I am one to suggest that while shows are not as good as they used to be there can still be some bargains at gun shows. The P239 that I paid 325 for proves that to me at least. That said my guess is that bargains or deals for anything that is high capacity or "black" rifle related are going to extremely unlikely for the next few months.

I sold a Bushmaster Carbon 15 (no optics, no sights flattop) for $1500 last weekend, and it didn't take long.

I'm seeing ARs at 2 G now and AKs at 1 G. PMags $45.
Hahahaha I got mine many years ago. Amazing how many people wait till water is around their knees before they decide to move.
There are three kinds of people. There are people who make things happen, there are people who watch things happen, and there are people who wonder what happened.
Sure Obama's agenda may very well go no where. So what? Every solid citizen should have a good rifle, mags, and ammo stashed just in case they are needed. But no... so many people sit back and say, 'what happened?".

Probably way more than you can afford if you have to ask NOW.
Find a price about a year ago and TRIPLE IT! That is your answer.

Same at the Gun Show in Orlando today. Ammo is high and forget ARs. I arrived at 2pm (closed at 5pm) and the line was still 200-300 people long just to get tickets. I heard they were giving people free Sunday tickets to exit the building and come back tomorrow because the Fire Marshall had restricted people entering until others left. It was about twice as crowded as any show I attended there before, including back in October or November.

Same here in TX today, except the Colts are $3000. Also, AK's for around $1200. I did see one FEG AMD for 800 though. Couldn't bring myself to get it since they were $400 at CTD a month ago... Also saw a perfect like new gen 4 G34 for $550 private sale. I contemplated it, but don't want gen 4 so I let it go. I did find small pistol primers though...$170/5000. Snagged that

My experience?
Used guns (and sometimes old junk) at new/high prices.

Yesterdays gun show in Birmingham was total insanity. My buddies and I arrived 20 mins before the doors opened at 9am just like we normally do. Line is usually 50-75 yards long at the most by then. By the time we got there, the line was literally at least 1/4 mile long. By 9am the line was as far as we could see behind us, and then wrapped around the next street corner out of view. 9:15am comes along and we have barely moved from our original position ... so we decided to just head to a few local gun stores instead

Was my experience at the gun show this weekend as well. Also to note the price of admission went from $7.00 at the door to $10.00 and they had almost 50,000 people between Fri and Sat and it is still going on today.

The sad part is that the majority of those people are probably first time gun buyers. They're afraid that they won't be able to buy them ever again and so NOW they want one.
I bet a lot of them voted for the muslim in the White House too! Makes me ill

I went to the one in Birmingham today and wished I had stayed home. If I was in the market for a knife, bbq sauce, crappy holster, cheap flashlight, etc I would have been in heaven. Almost no .223/5.56 ammo, PMags were about $40 each, the few modern sporting rifles as well as AK type were double to triple what they were in early December. Looked at a Gen 4 Glock 19 for $559 which is typical for this area. The same dealer had a Steyr pistol in 9mm for $399 that I was tempted over but he is local so I am going to research as I don't know anything about those. It had a nice feel to it and the price is hard to beat. Most of the vendors had old crap, crappy crap, or stuff I did not want nor could afford. Usually there are two different shops there that have good priced but they were not there and there just wasn't much to look at. Guy in front of me in line sold a S&W AR, the sport one, for $1,300 before they opened the doors. Both the seller and buyer seemed happy so good for them.

Just came back from Dallas Arms Collector's show:
Pistols are pretty close to before; panic hasn't seem to change their prices much.
Rifles are crazy; typically $3-5K for AR-15s and AKs around $1500-2K. Stripped lowers around $400.
Magpul PMAGS starting at $30 and up to $50. Magazines in general are higher overall.
Didn't really check ammo.
Lots of fear overall and concerns about where things are going from everyone.

If it is a NIB M-A1/S-A1 model you should seriously consider buying it. I've had both models in 9mm (have only one now) and both are excellent, well-made Austrian pistols.

There was one vendor at the show who had a sign with 5.56 ammo priced at $.50/round. We asked him if he had any more in stock, and he quietly and sadly shook his head. I'm guessing his stock was wiped out in the first 15 minutes. He was probably thinking of all the profit that went out the window by not pricing higher.
