Steel 47 magazine help please

So I have read that if a steel magazine has spot welds on the feed lips it is Russian. Is this true? I have two with zero markings, but they have spot welds on feed lips. Are they Russian? If so what factory? Thanks in advance.

yea i read that and i couldnt find good enough pics of the feed lips to confirm
