This is a funny situation.
If these drones are flying at less than 500 feet above the trees/buildings, they could be considered trespassing. Since in the past they have been told to not come onto the property, the occupants of the club/area may feel threatened and have to defend themselves. 
Poor Drone. 
I like the description in the article 'a single sharp rifle crack rang out' then the video stopped and the drone went out of control. Good shots!

Typical liberal arguments. I can't say I condone all the actions in that video, but.. the sensationalism is ridiculous.
