New to the dark side
A recent agency switch has turned me from a dedicated Sig shooter to a new GLOCK'er. In the past few months, a g17, g27, and an AA Conversion kit have found a home in my safe in addition to an issued G22.
Lighter, higher capacity, plenty shootable, and fewer parts to break or lose, these plastic devils have replaced my beloved Sigs.

I believe, also, that the Clock is the epitome of reliability and simplicity.
I do not believe it is the "best" gun, just the most reliable. During my CCW shooting test I had a FTF and it disturbed me greatly. I went out and purchased a Glock and have not had a problem from day one.
Fewer parts mean fewer mechanical failures in anything.
