XS Big Dots were not as accurate as standard Glock sights for me, and I shot hundreds of rounds out of them in competition, as i mentioned earlier.
The Big Dot is too big for accuracy at distances beyond 25-30 feet.
I'd think that the standard XS dot would be better, but I've never shot them.

Amerglo I-Dot Pro's look much better.

With a half dozen sets on Glocks firing thousands of rounds, my advice on visible sights for old eyes is HiViz.

They make a combination of front and rear that has been visible and durable. The front is larger than the rear so you can tell which is which. It fits nicely in the space between the two rear dots.

Green green green is the answer. Yellow is hard to see and red is so bad it is hard to see except in bright light. Green sticks out very brightly.

The front installs with a screw and sight. The rear is a dovetail with a lock screw. Being a belt and suspenders kind of guy, I Epoxy Steel the bottom of the front sight to the slide. When the rear is positioned for windage, I flood the base and Glock dovetail with Super Glue. Neither front nor rear has ever moved on my sets.

Heat but no light on the subject. Clearly not a light tube sight user.

Your eyes see chartruse/lime green brighter and clearer than any other color during daylight. The three green dots are visible as green dots even if you are half blind. If you can line up three dots and plant them on top of a target, you can hit it with the referenced HiViz light tube sights.

If you cannot see to use these sights, you should not have a firearm as there is no way you know what you are shooting at.

The size relationships between a 0.120" front sight and the two 0.070" rear tubes makes the front sight stand out as larger.

You may not see them clearly as perfect dots, but they are distinct green circles.

They are visible to shooters for whom the black sights no longer exist and for shooters who cannot see the white dot and white box of Glock sights except when back lit.

The green tubes are almost always visible if there is any light at all.

I have decided on Big Dot front and rear for my G30. Are they available cheaper than the $120 from XS? Also their video makes it look pretty straightforward to install myself. But.... is it really in real world by an old guy who has done stuff but tends to hit my hand more than the punch (hell, if I could see I wouldn't need the big dots!)?
