He'll grow so fast you wont be able to keep up with him, and soon he's gone. (All too soon)

I love my girls to death. but, I see my son as a reflection of myself.

Damn,

Have I been away that long? It seems like less than a year ago I was saying congrats to you on the birth of your son.

Congrats on the fine looking kid. Raise him well.

I've got three boys and I feel blessed. The oldest is a math whiz at age 9, and he just brought home a great report card. He's been doing karate since age 3, and loves sparring. Basketball tryouts next week. He likes to shoot, whether it is a basketball or one of my guns. I coach my 4 year old's soccer team, and even though we lost yesterday, 4-2, my little guy had both of our team's goals...goooooo Gators. (so much fun coaching). My littlest is feisty and will be a tough lil' one, considering his two big bro's are already teaching him how to wrestle....

Fun stuff. Kids are great!

My daughter will be Twelve next month. When I changed my avatar picture it really hit home. She was Six in my old avatar picture and the new one she is Eleven.

I wish I could turn back the clock.

It is a TON of work - kids. Yes, your life is totally different. There are a lot of horrible parents out there, and I work my butt off trying to be one of the good ones. But I know how hard it is.

For people without kids, you've got it easy. I'm sometimes amazed how so many people do it. (but then again, it probably isn't that hard if you're a slacker)

A few grey hairs on my beard, but I usually shave - so far so good.

Cheers...

Holy crap Silver are you trying to make me feel old man? I can still remember how freaked out you were about it. I thought for sure anyone that understood how much responsibility it is to raise a kid is going to do a good job, and it looks like I was right.

P.S. yes you will NEVER live that down ;-)
