How much water do you drink?
I try to do an 8oz glass per hour during work, and then a few more up until 10PM. I also only drink water with meals. Sometimes I'll have a Coke, but it's a snack.

I drink a ton of water. Heck even overnight I drink at least 1 liter, sometimes 2 if I had a salty dinner.
During the day I'm constantly drinking icewater with lemon or lime. Of course It helps I work from home many days with a private bathroom 5 feet from my desk.

At least a gallon, most days a gallon and a half. Really don't feel like experiencing kidney stones.

I drink 300-400oz a day. In the winter it gets scaled back some.

I buy the Sams's club brand flavor packs and make them 2 quarts at a time. I drink between 1/2 gallon and a gallon on any given day.

Well... if I take the 6% alcohol out, some times in one sitting, 2 or more liters.

Around a gallon a day. It's about the only thing I drink with most meals and I have been known to drink two or three glasses of water with dinner even if I have wine or beer also.

At least 64 oz a day.
Sometimes well over a gallon.
All I drink is water.
Well...I MIGHT do a a cup (or two) of coffee ~3x per week. Then, there's the occasional bourbon & beers.
Otherwise -- it's water.

That's what I shoot for, but I find I generally get closer to 100oz a day. I also drink a lot of unsweetened tea.
Most of the documents I've read, suggests at least 640z a day.

It's horrible even then if you ask me. Gatorade just has so much sugar in it...
Good old water will do you better than Gatorade IMO.

Since I don't think this thread counts the water in beer, coffee, mountain dew or sweet tea as water my total is 0oz per day. I can't stand drinking plain water

Those would be athletes, doing athletic things and actually using the carbs and sugar to covert to energy
For most of us they are nothing but empty calories just like soda.

Sports drinks do help, but like said if you are sweating profusely and then it's usually for days on end where the electrolites get flushed out... I've done it a couple of times that resulted in a docotr visit, and it's from drinking 2 gallons of water a day and still coming home 6-8lbs lighter than when you left for work for extended days... After about 2 weeks of that if your diet isn't tailored around your needs you can what I call "outwork" the water but it takes alot...
Also, coming from a good friend/ dentist who refuses to drink them says that there isn't a worst drink on the shelf for your teeth.. The combination of sugars and acid takes enamel off like no tomorrow.. lLet's not get into kidney stones either...

You know, I keep wanting to calculate it but always get too busy. I have a 24oz Camelbak bottle that I refill several times a day. I drink two pots of tea a day, also, so I'd imagine it's pretty high.
I echo the thoughts of the other guy who works from home. People thought I was a freak in the office - but those guys literally downed four diet cokes before lunch. Yuck!
