Right, and when it says "in concealment" it's referring to an actual physical position, as in hiding behind a bush (e.g., "to lie in wait"), rather than concealing something intangible (e.g., the truth).
The usage on the sign, and in your post, are both incorrect. Your malapropism aside, I do agree with the premise of Obama being a liar.

The OP tried to make it look like he hadn't used a real word, and was stupid. He did use a real word that actually could fit. Maybe on purpose. Maybe not. We don't know.

It was stupid, because the word painted on the sign was incorrect. You're saying that if the word is in the dictionary somewhere, then it's not stupid, even if it makes absolutely no sense in the sentence - that's a pretty far stretch rather than just admitting that the person who painted the sign is clearly a moron - not that it takes much of a realization to come to the conclusion that anyone who would vandalize something like that probably isn't a master of intellect in the first place, irrespective of their spelling abilities.
