I've only ordered from them once (M4 stripped upper)....took 7 days to arrive and the fit/finish/function was 100% GTG.
That said, I hate to read posts where they have royally screwed the pooch with a more than a few GT customers.

UPDATE!
Well... not really. After calling, then emailing, then calling again several more times... I've had it. " The guy who's handling this isn't in, but I'll make sure he gets this email."
Sure.
So I tore the upper apart, and my KISS rifle. Swapped the middy system over to the KISS with the good upper, and sold it. **** 'em. Didn't notice till I took it to the range, but the KISS's carbine FSB is slightly canted to the left.
So I have a half-baked upper, and a barrel that was drilled wrong for the FSB. LOL. So I'm free-floating it, and having the upper duracoated. My buddy Will needs an upper for his next build, told him he could have it for a case of M193.
Haven't been able to bring myself to rip apart the Beater AR just yet, though I did swap in a BCM bcg. When the DC opens, it sure makes me alot happier to see their logo, rather than PSA's.
And there's a BCM 14.5 Carbine upper en route, should be in my greedy little hands on Tuesday.
So, in a nutshell...
**** PSA.

I am done with PSA too. They gave me the same treatment as you got about my flawed upper I got from them. I am planning on parting it out, and selling it at a loss.
I'm building a nice new upper(top tier parts) for the lower that I built for that stupid PSA upper. Oh well live and learn, and at least we'll end up with the rifles we really wanted to begin with.

Sad news, fellas. Nothing but good experiences here, but apparently I am in the minority. Too bad.

Ya, it sucks. Saw a lot of potential with these guys, but they flew too close to the sun. My PSA build experiences, in order of builds, including friend's guns I put together...
#1) My Beater AR. Went silky smooth, LBK, charging handle, and BCG was in my hands in a matter of days, upper took two weeks, but I knew that ahead of time. All parts were GTG.
#2) Same deal, except they left the LPK out of the build kit, lol.
#3) Upper showed up in the usual 2 weeks, no sign of the CH or carry handle rear sight. I called. They forgot that part of my order. CS made it right, but annoying none the less.
#4) LPK missing the roll-pin for the bolt catch, and the detent for the buffer.
#5) No buffer, spring, end-plate, nut, or tube.
#6) Upper receiver left completely bare inside.
As time goes by, not only have orders been screwed up more and more, CS has quickly become less and less willing to help in any way.
My BCM build experiences? I don't need to list them individually, here it is...
Orders show up quickly, with prompt shipping notification. When I open the boxes, everything I ordered is there, along with a nice pile of free shwag. All parts are GTG, fit and finish is top-notch. Never had any problems, but when I've called with questions, CS has been really helpful. Cool, down to Earth guys.

Update to the update!
It's official, I'm now completely done with PSA. Here's my beater AR, awaiting it's new upper...
The BCM carbine upper I'd ordered went on a completely new build. And what do you know? It showed up on time, and it was perfect. Amazing! Along with the posters, hat, and DVDs, they threw in some SLiP EWL too. Coolbeans.
So I'm changing up the beater a bit. Going with a BCM 14.5 mid-length. Can't wait!

You will be happy with the BCM, for sure. I am with (all of) mine. Still got love for PSA, though.... Batting 1000 with them so far on every order. Post up when you get your new Bravo dialed in!

And you wonder why i've never either spent money on PSA or recommended them.

Oh ya, over a dozen BCM-based builds under my belt, and they've NEVER let me down. Glad you're having good luck with PSA, it's too bad they can't do that consistently.

I wanted to give 'em a chance, and so I did.
They failed.
So I continue on with the tried-n-true Bravo Co gear.

Nothings free. I'd prefer to not get the shwag and have $20 knocked off the bill.
It's like with LaRue. Great stuff but I don't need 10 bottle openers.

I've had a couple orders through PSA this year and they all came out fine. These are all different orders I've listed but a couple (AR stuff) were a few days apart.
1. AR-15 upper (showed up 11 days after placing order)
2. AR-15 lower (showed up 9 days after placing order)
3. AR-15 MOE lower build kit (showed up 7 days after placing order)
4. 500rds 5.56 M193 (showed up 7 days after placing order)
5. M&P 40 FS [during the $400 deal] (don't remember the time frame but it was quick)
The upper was ordered with no BCG/CH (went BCM for that) and standard handguards. It showed up with black Magpul handguards instead which was pretty nice of them since that saved me the $30+ I had planned on spending for them. The upper itself was put together well but it does require a full hashmark of left windage for zero. Everything else I've ordered was tip top.

I agree PSA customer service is absolutely horrible. They have low prices but I too will never buy from them again.

I've tried to order components from them 3 different times.
There are no shortage of PSA fanboys on this forum so I thought maybe it's me.
All three times I could not get anyone to answer the phone, the email responses I received in response to my questions had nothing to do with the questiions I asked.
PSA can pound sand and I'm glad people are starting to figure them out.

In just a year and half, PSA is dominating the AR market in sales. The competition doesn't always play fair. I'll just leave it at that.
Hey 17&27 try calling bcm on the phone and let us know if they answer.
Can't wait for the gotta have sales coming up.

Maybe BCM is hiring people to break in to PSA's facility for a little sabotage!
