I was the commanding officer of Sex Crimes and after we became involved, he moved me to his staff and I worked right alongside with him in his office," she said...."I slept with Ralph," she answered. The proverbial ace in the hole.
Perfect example of why public service agencies should have a policy prohibiting sexual relationships amongst employees. This Assistant Chief may cost the city a lot of money that could certainly be better spent on providing policing for their municipality.

You know what though? I don't blame her. She figured if the stuff hit the fan, he'd try to deny it. If the relationship goes sour, and her career with it, first thing you need to document about sexual harassment is the sexual part.
Just like a cop to preserve evidence...
