Scored my first 10mm yesterday.
It is a 3rd Gen G20 with stainless "Punisher" slide cover...I am looking forward to breaking her in this afternoon as I have never fired the 10mm round before.Looking forward to being a member of the 10 Ring.

You're going to hate it. You should forget the range trip, box it and send it straight to me.

Congratulations. You will love it. You've come to a good forum for all things 10mm.
Don't forget to stop by the 10mm Reloading section of GT. Hand loading will really make your G20 come alive.

Congrats on the G20! Hope your experience doesn't mirror mine. I have a list of other firearms, a long list, and, they have gotten lonely sitting in the safe since I've jumped on the 10 Mil train. Since the 10 is my carry choice, and, used for hunting whitetail, it gets range time 10 to 1 of the others.

Thanks for the replies and warm welcome. Put 30 rds of 180gr fmj from Georgia Arms.Pleasantly surprised by the accuracy. Consistantly hitting 16 oz water bottles @20 yards. Very satisfied for first outing.I am looking forward to bagging a Whitetail or two with my G20

I admit... I just got a g20sf (a couple of weeks ago) and I am really in love with it
Pathetically however I just put ANOTHER g20 on layaway in case something stupid occurs in November... Not proud of it.. but just want an extra just in case

I picked up some 200gr Hornady XLT today,as carry ammo. I have been hearing a lot about the Underwood ammo. I will be sure to grab some of that as well.

Those are the same rounds I picked up when I first got 10mm. The underwood blows it out of the water.
