Very nice SPR build! If I were to do it all over again with my SPR, it would have been pretty much exactly like yours, but maybe in FDE.
Also, give some of the Hornady Match loadings a try, I've had good results with them.

I thought about going FDE, but I already had the black UBR from a couple of years back (when I first put the lower together, been wanting to do this for a while....).

Here is my 18" 6.8 upper along with my 16" PSA middy. I have many changes planned for the 6.8 as the gun budget allows.

I was really wanting one of those 18" 6.8s, but can't justify another caliber right now.
Keep us updated on the build!

Ordered 8/31, arrived 10/10. Looks great and shoots great! I'm not sure I like the little bit of extra weight of a mid-length but the reduced recoil and longer sight radius is nice.
One thing I notice about my M&P upper is when I charge it how much metal-on-metal noise the chargng handle makes. Much less so with the PSA. Not a huge deal but it kind of reminded me of fingers on a chalkboard so any improvement is good.
