Welcome AxeBoy! I spent 5 years just south of Manila and returned to US 1 year & 3 months ago. I'll be coming back for a visit in Jan 2013 but will be spending most of the time in Palawan. Really looking forward to it.
This is a good forum. Look forward to your posts. I'm a G23 Gen4 owner. I might try to pick up a handgun while I'm there. We'll see. Did you get yours locally? Glocks readily available there? Just checking.

Yes sir I got my Glock in our local gunstore a little bit overpriced and you have to at least a month before you get your gun and license. Palawan is AMAZING! enjoy your trip!

Found it at last! After 2 nights of searching and lurking. Tell your son when he gets to Iloilo try looking for their specialty food "La Paz batchoy". Great food and nice people awaits him in Iloilo
