Don't have a favorite ride... I'm 60+ and just bought my first bike. @008 Softail deluxe. No pics yet but it's black and chrome. LOTS of chrome thanks to the last guy!

Wiz

P.S. Still need LOTS of practice, been riding 3 whole weeks.

Congratulations on the new bike and the new hobby! It'll be great fun.

Make sure to look into one of the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) courses if you haven't taken one already. They offer classes from beginner to expert and everything in between. It will save you some money on your insurance and may even save your life. Good stuff.

I second the advice. I started riding at 12 years old (I'm 41 now) and I am here to tell you that you always need training regardless of your riding experience. The MSF courses are great. I recently went back through the ERC.

Yep!! Great course! Here in PA if you pass the course, you get your license right then and there. OH YEAH!! It's also FREE!! I now have lic. and 300 or so miles under my belt. My only regret is that I waited so long! Next year..... Sturgis!!! (Yeah right!!)
Thanks guys for the kind words and encouragement.
