Oh ya, what's even more amazing than her looks is the fact that she smoked the competition, with a smile on her face. She isn't the Anna Kornikova of racing, she actually wins while looking that damn good!

Sorta. She's about a second behind top notch hurdlers. That was not Olympic quality competition.

Anna Kournikova is a former professional tennis player who received a lot more attention for her looks than her performance. She is quite beautiful. In fact for years she was on every magazine cover on Earth, usually in something skimpy, and made a fortune as a model while constantly losing on the court. She brought a lot of attention and fans to women's tennis while not being much of a player.
Since then anytime a female athlete gets a lot of attention for their looks but doesn't deliver in their chosen sport, they say "she's the Anna Kournikova of (that sport)".

But she slowed down at the end. Not a whole second probably, but she did slow.
It wasn't the Olympics but it was the 2012 Barcelona World Junior Championships, an Olympics qualifier. She just did not have the accumulated points to make the Olympic team. If she keeps it up she will be in Denmark in 2016.
Olympic caliber or not, it's inspiring.

AH. The Wiki states she was a better doubles player than singles, and in fact won some titles as a doubles player.
I played tennis twice. The first time with a brother who insisted we play tennis. Not much fun. The second time with Heather (my girlfriend at the time) who simply wanted to have fun. That was enjoyable.
I was "hell" in the racquetball court though; on the ball, the wall, the racquet, my opponent, my partner (when playing doubles), my self.

Her PB is 13.39 seconds. About a second slower than Olympic level hurdlers. This is a true statement regardless of the effort she made at the end of that race.

.
Is there a meet in Denmark for second level athletes while the Olympics are happening in Brazil?

Huhm. I couldn't remember where the Olympics were in 2016 so I googled it. I read it wrong. It seems what I read said that the announcement for the Olympics was made in Denmark. I read it to say that the games would be held in Denmark. Oops. Rio De Janeiro it is then.
