Crimsontrace LG-617 fits G22 and G21 SF?
This doesn't seem right... I know the 21SF's frame is shorter from front to blackstrap but, the added girth of the .45 wouldn't allow the Crimsontrace Laser Grip to fit both right??

It will not fit the G21SF properly.

I offer this from personal experience:
I tried mounting a CT 617 on a G21 frame. It COULD be installed on that frame, but seems a bit distored. In order to get the beam reasonably zeroed, I had to run out the windage screw to almost the end of its run; the screw in that position stuck out so far it impinged HARD on the shooting hand wrapped around it. So I gave up.

Just as I thought. The difference in a 21SF is the length from front to back, not width. I would ask the experts at Crimson Trace/

There is a specific spacer that is added to allow the 21SF to fit that grip. It's included in the accessory pack but if you have lost yours contact customer service and they can hook you up.

Appreciate the comeback. My experiment was on the original G21, not the 21SF. It COULD be installed, but the zero was too far off to be useful.
