I have a room set up for loading inside the house and have Dillon

the ceiling fan on low is enough to affect the scale without the cover

I never even blinked when I bought their digital scale. I didn't even think that I should blink. It's Dillon, it's going to work just fine.

My one and only press is a dillon, I think if I were to get one it would be one with the dillon name on it. I love their products and they have proven to be very consistent. After thinking it over though even the scales we use for .gov/DSE/DOE contracts with m781's can be very finicky. When the machine fires up it throws everything out of wack.
I'm sure they work and I do agree, one bad apple tends to go everywhere and shout their problems (example, TNfrank on this forum) However even users with good reviews often stated problems. Usually corrected in a efficient way. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. To much chance when the beam works. Even if it can be a real pain at times. I'm not saying I wont ever get one. Just that I need to do alot more reading and weeding through BS. I dont necessarily doubt dillons model, but the not being covered with their outstanding warranty (as with all their electronics), somewhat shuns me away. I do trust dillon, but I guess at this moment in time. I just dont trust any electronics in my price range.
As for the rough numbers. They are certainly off. That was a total of about 30 samples of a variety of manufacturers. About 30 for each manufacturer. A very very small overall sample. Of wich I could probablly comfortably call BS or user error on half of them.

When Natchez ran the Chargemaster combo on sale I got that because of the trickler and ease of developing loads. That has a screen as well, and comes with a metal pan that insists on clinging to powder. I can't get rid of the static I guess, but use the plastic pan/funnel that came with Enos' scale.

After turning on the scales and letting them warm up, then calibrating, they both matched exactly at my load weight of 3.5gr, and with the 50 and 100 gram weights that the RCBS comes with. That RCBS will be wonderful when I get into rifle loads and it was fast for dropping 10 + 10 + 10 of various pistol loads I was working up. No manual trickling and no fiddling with my powder bar for a few test loads. It's almost entertaining watching that Chargemaster.

Both the above scales have an AC adapter and do not automatically shut off on AC - which is good! The Enos scale also runs on batteries if you wish, with an auto shutoff.

I too have the RCBS Charge Master combo. It does a great job!

I use the auto mode and after inputting the desired amount, it will automatically dispense the same amount when the empty pan is returned to the scale. You have to wait until it displays the number count (of how many times you have dispensed that amount) and then the actual powder weight before removing the pan. Sometimes it will place a small amount under or over the desired amount. You can just add or subtract powder from the pan until it shows the desired amount but I just toss it back in the powder reservoir and replace the pan on the scale. The only drawback to that is your total count is off.

I have found that certain powders seem to work better than others when itdispenses.
