Thanks! I gained a new respect for those who make grips. It is hard on the hands and wrists. Once I find a piece of American Holly and make those, I will be DONE

I know it's not a classic and I'm sorry for crashing your party but...
The LCR is a work of ergonomic blended with functionality, art.

I be loving me some LCR. I just have to decide .38 +P or .357 and then I "might" start leaving my G30 at home more often. (lighter the better).

I got the LCR357 because I'm a 357 nut. The weight is not much more and when I can't handle 357 anymore I can step back to 38+P or standard 38. If my Wife ever decides to get her CCWL, I will let her shoot it with Light rounds to practice and then load it with +P if she wants it. Hopefully she will be happy with one of my 442s. If not I will just buy her a new LCR357.

This might be out of place here, but it is my other Ruger. It is a 3" SP101 that took this doe from high up a tree, at about 20 yds. She ran a few leaps and piled up. I am wanting to get into 10mm auto. Any of you Glockers have a G29sf that you'd trade straight up for my gun? It now wears Hogue Mono Grips.

I'd say you're better off with the SP101 3". I was surprised how well it kept velocity from the 3" bbl, as I chronographed quite a few loads and again, was quite pleasantly surprised. Nice doe BTW.
