Smith and Wesson Bodyguard?

Handling it i like it, it is big enought to grip well and has decent sights, the laser is easy enough to use if i want to. I also like last round hold open. Wondering though, i know it had teething problems. Has smith worked these out? Seems like the pocket gun im looking for, i love the p238 but this is more reasonable for my price range.
