I can decide what glass to put on it. I want a 3-9 or 2-7 variable for sure. Looking hard at a Nikon Prostaff 3x9 with the BDC 150 reticle. My hesitation on the BDC 150 is that it is designed for 1600fps (Stinger) ammo. I will be using the federal standard 1250 fps ammo mostly and dont know how it would effect that type Prostaff reticle. Thoughts please? And or thoughts on that scope or any other variable power scope you think would be a great idea. The rifle is going to be used for a little of everything.
Mine just fits in the bag with this short 4X scope;

Thanks. Looks like a full size 3x9 might be too big for the bag!!

I just picked one up at a local dealer today. $317.65 out the door. They have one more on the shelf.

I've been shooting mine a good bit the last couple weeks.

Typical 10/22. Some ammo jams feeding or ejecting, some shoots good.

Not great accuracy (35 yards) but it could be the scope. I may swap out today. Besides, this scope is too long to fit the carry case (Simmons 4X 22 scope).

My other 10/22 rifle and Charger are more accurate.

It cost $330 at the LGS but most guns are a little higher at this store.

Just checked out the scope. Bad.

Put the Tasco Red Dot back on the gun. Shoots good.

When I picked up my P226 at my LGS they had two in stock. I didn't have the funds on me to grab one.

My local gunstore had one in stock at $369.00. I refuse to pay that much for one. I will wait for awhile.
