Thank you for posting the link to the Cato Institute Policy Forum on Stand Your Ground. It is excellent and I'm forwarding the link on to other interested parties.

Thank you for the clear and concise description of ability, opportunity, jeopardy and preclusion under SYG. The biggest thing I encouter with those unfamiliar with the rules of lethal force is the impression that those tests are not part of SYG.

I'm very sorry I didn't know about your being in Washington in time to register and attend it would have been an honor and priviledge to meet you.
