Obama is a tool.

Even if joke of equalization had passed it would not have created enough income to borrow one days worth of borrowing. Not to mention how it would have forced more investment money off shore.

This will be one of the many narratives put forward. Republicans need to start articulating their positions better. Obama could be ripped to shreds on every position he's taken.
