[bug]

I am posting this for A friend who has this thing (M1919), and its giving him ulcers. I know next to nothing about semi auto belt fed conversions
or for that matter belt fed at all...

M1919a4 Browning by Rock Island Arsenal. I have a problem with rounds feeding. It will fire initial round and feed and fire second round, but then it fails to feed any round after this. It is a new machine and I am firing Wolf steel case 30-06 ammo. I am able to charge the bolt manually chambering rounds,
the feed paw will not go in completely during firing...
