Thank you for the review and the pics. I will likely go with the same sights.
Q: Did you do the installation? Or did you have it done for you? If you did it yourself, which tool did you use for the front sight installation?
Thanks!

I have the Warren Tactical tactical series (the ones with cutouts on the corners) on my G34 and love them.

Beanie. I installed mine with a regular glock front sight tool with blue loctite. Rear was installed with a MGW sight tool.

I did the install myself. I had a tool that came with a sight package from a previous sight install i did on a G19 years ago. You can find the tool here. If you run into any problems check out the videos on the same site. Very informative. Dawson Precision has always given me great customer service.

I was looking at getting a set of the Carry's with a tritium front for my 17. May have to get on that soon.

The "Carry" version only means that they're low profile. I think they have the cutouts for them too. Mine are regular in height with cutouts. Plain rear/Tritium front.

Thanks, bro! I've got MGW in my toolbox outside for the rear set--bought it on sale from Midway for some Ameriglo I-dot pro sights I for my G32. Still haven't been called for delivery from LGS on that one yet, but it should be here in the next week or so.

Thanks, jojo. I'll post my results after I install them.

I put some on my 17 a couple three weeks back. Love em.
I got the plain rear, fibre optic front.
Fitted them myself. Made my own front sight tool by taking a craftsman nut driver and grinding it down.
Drifted the rear in with a brass punch.
The rear did require some fitting, but it's not hard. Take a triangular needle file, give the dovetail a few strokes, test the fit, rinse and repeat. There's a pretty good how to on youtube by the Dawson sights chap. Obviously he is fitting his brand of sights, but its exactly the same principle.

Thanks for the report and photos. The Sevigny sights (Competition and Carry versions) really are superb. Your last photo is a killer rendition of the front FO sight.
Did you install the .245" front sight for your G34? I have read at CPWSA the .245" front is recommended for the G34/G35/G24 and .215" for all other Glock models for POA=POI at 20 yds. I presume in your third photo we are looking at a .150" rear notch and not the narrower .130" notch that is also available.
I notice in the product description at CPWSA it states the following: " Sevigny Competition Sight Set - this is the sight set Dave Sevigny used to win the 2005 IDPA Nationals and both the Production and Limited-10 USPSA Nationals. "
So, if we install these sights we should expect to win IDPA and USPSA Nationals? That's surely a lot easier than practicing and stuff.

I have the exact same sights and I absolutely love them. Makes my 34 my new favorite. I went with the taller sights to avoid shooting high. The sight picture and fast acquisition are excellent.

The Sevigny Carry rear has the same exact dimensions as the Sevigny Competition rear. The only difference is that the Sevigny Carry rear is "de-horned". They round off the sharp edges so it won't snag clothing. The Warren Tactical rear ("wave" design), is an entirely different sight.
Great choice on the sights. I have a set of all black Sevigny Carry sights (.115" wide fronts) on order for each one of my Glocks right now.

Do they sit higher than stock sights?

I use the identical sights on all my competition Glocks. Great choice.

They do.
These are the exact sights I am going to put on my gen4 34.
I am not sure if I should go with the sevigny carry or the warren tactical on my 19 though.

Jojo, Thanks for the pics and report. I'm running Ameriglo Hacks on my glocks now. I'm getting a Gen4 34 and I was considering Warren/Sevigny sights. I have an MGW sight tool (tall version) and I've seen the Dawson vid. How much did you have to file off of the rear sight to make it fit?

I had LW install these on my LW 17 slide that I made a 19L pistol for target shooting, but I'm shooting a bit low on target with 'em. I'm not yet used to 'em.
I'm gonna do some more practice at the range today...

I actually have both fronts and prefer the .215 on my 34.
