I have 2 gen4's; G17 & G26. G17 I bought first had no problems...Glock recalled RSA's and sent me another RSA (I sent old one back). I had no problems before and have had no problems since. Reliable, reliable, reliable. I liked the G17 soooo much I bought the G26. I hate to be redundent but...Reliable, reliable, reliable.

Gen4 G26.

Fired a few hundred rounds now....

After one stovepipe in the first 30 rounds...and a few brass to the top of the noggin....

It is all smooth sailing, no FTF/FTE, and ejecting brass where it should.
I have the 336 ejector....and will keep it!

Gen 4 Glock 19 starts with serial # SLY, test fired 2/14/2012

400 flawless rounds so far, and that includes a mix of different types (and weights) of JHP's and FMJ ammo. I'm not sure if it's a Gen4 thing or just it being my first 9mm in awhile, but this gun is super controlable, recoil is almost non-exsistent. Very accurate to boot !

Not to mention the changeable grip backstraps is a great feature.

With a Gen4 G17, I am experiencing this kind of problem.

Brass date is March 2011

General Glocking

With only 67rounds with it. Is this chipping of frame normal and should i expect it to chip more?

1. Which model(s) do you own? Gen 4 G23

2. Which fits your situation:
A. I have no problem with this handgun... Havent had any problems

3. Notes/comments regarding your situation and your thoughts on this issue. I think the problem was blown way out of proportion, I would trust any glock over any other pistol anyday anywhere

So far I have a Gen 4 G19 that I have had about 10 months and approximately 5000 flawless rounds through it. I just picked up a Gen 4 G37 and hope to get to the range with it this week. I plan on a Gen 4 G26 next followed by a Gen 4 G38 when they are released.

So far absolutely zero problems.

Ran 125 rounds through my G22 this past weekend. No problems at all. Brass landed in a nice litle pile at 3' oclock. Plan to get a 31 and 17 to keep it company.

Gen 4 G-23 with zero issues with roughly 4,500 rounds fired. Gen 4 G-27 with zero issues with roughly 6,000 rounds fired (but rusted after the first two weeks of concealed carry. )

I have a Gen 4 Glock 26. So far I have about 100-150 rounds through it without any ejection problems. I was at the range with my 26, 19 Gen 3 and 34 Gen 3. Out of 200 rounds rounds, I only had one case eject in my face and that was with the 34.

G19 Gen 4.
Less than 1 week old, approximately 200 rounds through with only 1 light primer strike. Otherwise runs great.
