.223 / .22 cal question

Okay so I am starting to think about getting a silencer/suppressor. What I would like is to get one that works on both my ar-15 and my ruger 10/22. I know the barrels for both would need to be properly threaded, just looking to kill 2 birds with one stone kind of deal.

Given that the bullet diameter is the same on the two rifles it should be feasible correct?

Any recommendations on manufacture would be welcome.

Also if it were possible to get one that the serial numbered body would be adaptable to multiple calibers saw .40 and/or .45 that would be interesting as well.

Thanks

Not going to happen due to the parts you'd have to remove being NFA items in and of themselves.
