Bench and Bipod Technique

Hi Zack,

I do not have the opportunity to go to a class and have no coach, but I know my bench technique with rest and bags and my bipod technique need to be improved. Can you recommend any written or video source(s) that can provide me with at least the fundamental techiques.

Thanks,

Jim

I don't have one off the top of my head for bagged shooting.
