Beer, or Everclear?
I'll bet that you can make some tasty drinks with Everclear.
Stolichnaya soda anyone?

Last everclear drinks I made was the Bacardi Pina Colada frozen mix blended in finely crushed ice...
Just a little bit of in the throat!

Oohhhh. Everclear. That reminds me of parties when I was younger. Swampwater in the bathtub. A luxurious concoction of whatever fruit and whatever juice and just a trifle too much everclear. Lots of fun earlier in the night and lots of vomit later.
Everclear in the bathtub poses an interesting logistical situation in a one bedroom apartment. People tend to congregate in or near the bathroom to either refill said libation, or to deposits the resultant processed residue. I tried not to think about how much splashover weewee might have sullied the punch.

When you think about it, due to Everclear's dual antiseptic and antisthetic properties, it may have mattered very little.

Sort of a biological life cycle. Matter cannot be created or destroyed. It converts to urine, and then swampwater and back to urine again. And maybe later: puke. Who knows, perhaps some of that found its way back to the punch again and started the cycle anew.

no the deer didn't call in air support.......it was so small that ......well lets put it this way, if it still had spots, it would have looked about right. My neighbor's hound dawg is bigger !
But at least I did get away for a week, so that helps.
And none of the other guys in the pool got a deer, let alone with a handgun, so the pot jumps another $20.00 for next year. There are 4 of us, & all have been trying for a deer w/a handgun since IL made it legal. If I'm not mistaken, the pot should be about $160.00 for next year, going to the first one of us who gets a deer with a handgun. Cars don't count, one of the guys has 3 that way since we started the bet!
The tiny one that I let pass would have been an EZ shot, only 20 yds. or so.
Like a true Cubs fan, "Wait till next year".

Uncle, I can sympothize about brings down a smaller deer...I did take one at 76 lbs a few years back with a muzzle loader, end of season. This was due to the people running the lease I was in, they asked us to drop out of the lease so they could bring their family into the small lease. My money and my other 3 family members' money were what kept the lease afloat...so I got my money's worth before I left!
They themselves actually had a saying of "if its brown, its down"...

My bud Brian has a 22 Ac. tract of woods, but it's surrounded by almost 850Ac. of farms that we have the priviledge of hunting. Brian is a serious coyote hunter, 2 of the farms raise sheep, so they LOVE him !
And there are 8 of us that hunt the total acerage, 2 are bowhunters, so it's not a bad setup.
We (combined) have taken 7 deer so far, with another weekend of muzzleloading season left. Everybody but myself has filled a tag this year so far.
Feral hogs are a problem, but we haven't taken any yet.....they have been spotted while combining & on game cameras thou. And no bag limit on hogs. Wish it wasn't a 4+ hr. drive to get there !

Just had to see what was in 8:40 PM. For the life of me, I can't figure out what 572 pages of nothing is all about!

Get enough quality nothing in one spot, and you find you have SOMETHING. My advice: pick a page number at random, then read 10 consecutive pages. This will begin your comprehension of the 10-Ring concept of life.
You'll be back; we'll keep a light on for ya'.

Hmmmm ... TWO newbies within one hour! Recruitment trolling is good tonight. I suggest we convene a Special Plenipotentiary Tribunal to contemplate this marvelous achievement. Penthouse and Dungeon reps will meet to determine who gets stuck with the tab for the associated partying.

Circling the drain...
Bogged down with quarter close activities. Not sure how I am going to get it all done. Came here to receive enlightenment and have so received.
Batteries recharged. I have a plan. Gotta go. Y'all carry on.

You are right about that. The only thing I will be entitled to is a pink slip if I don't get this crap done tonight.
Back for a quick kegstand of N'Sweat.
Glub Glub. Ahhhhh. Ok I gotta get back to it. Thanks for the refreshment. Next one is on me.

Interesting Rabbi, the one called "AstraPat" is listed as joining in '08, but has only 26 posts...
This might be a job for the Skulker Revealment Squad. Or perhaps when Geesie is done shopping & I again get TARDIS back, a short expedition might well be in order. Bad things happened in '08, hope this wasn't connected to that.
