Want to become a gunsmith

Hi all, fairly new to this forum and Glock ownership (first one bought just 2 months ago and my second few weeks ago). Already have extensive experience with all US small arms from M9A1 to M2A1/2/3 both as an operator and trainer. Planning to take the Glock Armorer's course end of this month and was wondering if anyone had any specific advice on becomming a gunsmith. This would include what paperwork (if any), fees, and what other certifications are available. If anyone has specific information for VA would be even better.

Thanks in advance!
