what are the benifits of having a gun trust

Is setting up a gun trust for class III items worth the expense? What are the benefits as opposed to just filling out the standard form for class III items?

thanks
Brad

Depends on your situation, but likely.

You can avoid a CLEO signature, fingerprints, and you can more easily transfer/extend the trust to other individuals if the paperwork is in order.
