I had a 19 and sold it due to ergonomics. If I were to have a non-HK poly pistol, it'd be and XD or M&P.

I would go Glock or HK... Glocks have a much better trigger reset and feel.

I know where you can find a very lightly used V3 9mm P2000 in the next month or so.

Mine has been through one hellacious training class being,dropped and tossed in dirt, sand, gravel...
Now it runs good.

I own an XD9 , and a G19 . Both are fine pistols . I prefer the feel of the XD . The grip safety is a non issue . You can't go wrong with either gun .

That's an easy one get a G19! If you want a grip safety get a 1911 it could be meant to be since you posted it here on 1911 Forums!
